"The ExcelHT program is an initiative for outstanding Druze students and helps them integrate into the high-tech world. This project was carried out by IT Works in partnership with The TEVET Association (JDC-Israel). During the year program students learn how to utilize their potential through a variety of workshops and personal mentoring provided by the wonderful staff of ITWorks, who encourage students to aspire to new heights, become leaders of the Druze community and act as role models for Druze youth. The team works tirelessly to help students secure work in leading high-tech companies, integrate into Israeli society and create a social and professional network that will recruit as many talented young Druze as possible."
